CA M. N. Choksi

CA M. N. Choksi, has been a rank holder throughout his career and has completed his Commerce Graduation (B.Com) along with qualifying for the Chartered Accountancy Course in the year 1988. Soon after being qualified as a Chartered Accountant he commenced his Practice and started his Proprietary Concern.

He specializes in the Company Law Matters, Accounting Standards and Statute based audit. During the year 2000 due to increasing pressures and with a view to provide quality services CA M. N. Choksi inducted two partners into the firm to help him and support him in the professional growth.

The field of Information Systems Audit was developing anew and to be current in the profession and have updated knowledge , he has , recently in the year 2004, also qualified as a Information System Auditor (DISA), the course for the Information Systems Audit conducted by the ICAI. In the year 2005 he has also passed the international exam of the Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) with highest grades and has opened up new avenues of professional growth in the field of Information System Audit.

Currently he works as an Associate with TAMSPL sharing his expertise and developing the organization as a whole.

Adv Vaidehi Godse

Born in 1969 and Graduated from Mulund College of Commerce in the year 1989. For the next two years she worked as a Trainee in a private concern .

In 1992 , after her marriage , she started working in a mid size CA Firm M/s M. N. Choksi & Co. , for gaining knowledge and practical experience in the tax field and continued to work for 2 years.

In 1995 , she joined the Family Tax Consultancy business , gaining knowledge and experience in direct and indirect taxation. While working in the long span of 13 years in the business , she specialized in the field of Indirect Taxation .

In 2008 , since the family tax consultation business had matured and saturated and with an urge to explore new opportunities and challenges , again joined the mid size CA Firm M/s M. N. Choksi & Co. , as a head of the Indirect Taxation & International Taxation Division.

Thorough out while working , also took care of the family responsibilities , home responsibilities , rearing 2 kids , and living in a joint family with both parents and even after multi tasking between various roles , found time to complete her long cherished dream of completing her post graduation in Law . She studied Law from K. G. Shah Law School and obtained the Law degree in the year 2017 . In the same year , she obtained the Certificate of Practice of Law issued by Bar Council of India allowing her to practice in High Court as well as District courts in India.Still having the urge to be independent , she started her own practice in Law from June 2017 onwards , as Senior Consultant for Indirect Taxation , handling the complex issues in GST.

At present , she is providing services as a Consultant Lawyer in management team of our company heading Indirect Taxation and Legal Department Globally. She has been a strong support in growth of the business.
